BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. The main condition of acceptance of any booking is that good care is taken of the property and its contents, and that it is left CLEAN AND TIDY as you will find it. This care is to include all utensils, crockery and equipment.
2. All damages and breakages are the hirers responsibility and must be paid for.
3. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported IMMEDIATELY IT OCCURS, in order that any necessary urgent maintenance can be carried out.
4. Whilst everything reasonably within our powers is done to effect speedy repairs to the property and/or its contents which may be faulty or fail during your holiday, no guarantees are given and no refunds will be made should any fault or failure occur and not be immediately rectifiable.
5. The number of people occupying the property must not exceed six.
6. Motor caravans, vans, tents etc must not be used as additional sleeping accommodation.
7. All weekly bookings are from 2.00pm on the day of arrival until 11.00am on the day of departure (normally Saturday to Saturday).
