Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on a protected National Trust headland, The Cottage is situated within easy reach of safe sandy beaches, with access to an excellent variety of water sports.
This character Welsh stone cottage provides comfortable family accommodation in a rural setting, within 10 minutes of Abersoch, and a wealth of excellent amenities.
The Cottage has recently been extensively refurbished to a very high specification, whilst retaining many original features. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a large sitting room, and a modern kitchen with dining area.
There is a fitted kitchen with modern appliances. There is a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, fan-assisted oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster etc. The dining area sits six comfortably.
The sitting room has a log-burning stove, with comfortable sofas and chair, TV, and DVD player.
The upstairs modern bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.
The Cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and is situated downstairs, along with another bedroom with bunk beds, and there is a double-bedded room upstairs. A cot is available on request.
The Cottage has fitted carpets throughout, with the exception of the tiled kitchen.
Outside there is a large patio area with an eating space equipped with a barbecue, hardwood furniture and parasol. The Cottage has plenty of parking space.
Guests will need to bring their own linens, ie. Tea towels, towels, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.
Please note, The Cottage has a strictly no smoking and no pets policy.
Weekends available on request. Change over takes place on a
Saturday.
